Janel joined Eide Bailly in 2000 and provides tax and consulting services to a wide range of both individual and business clients. She is an experienced professional when it comes to local and state tax laws and regulations and is a member of the firm’s Ag Producers group that focuses on agricultural taxation. Janel’s experience includes property, excise, corporate and state tax services, as well as knowledge of R&D credits and other specialized credits and deductions for manufacturers and service providers.

Janel is a firm believer in being there for her clients when and where they may need her. So when you work with her, you can expect quick communication and a caring approach—no waiting around for answers or a call back. You will always feel comfortable bringing her your questions, and Janel will always work hard to deliver solutions that show your concerns are being fully understood and addressed the first time through.

When Janel's not working on client work at the office, she's an active mother to twin daughters. A very active mother! Her girls are involved in everything from basketball to track to 4H, and Janel gets to go along for the ride ... sometimes literally. In the summer, they love to go horseback riding and four-wheeling. If she's not engaged with some family activity, you'll find Janel curled up on the couch with her nose in a book.
