Chett strives to be responsive. With his responsiveness, clients seek out his advice and works to become a resource for his clients. He likes to build relationships and develop trust with his clients. Chett works to find solutions to clients challenges and help his clients succeed.

Outside of work, Chett enjoys sports. He is an avid swimmer and enjoys competing. He also likes to explore the world with his family.
