Brittany's expertise in construction is deeply rooted, having grown up in a family that owns and operates Industrial Builders, Inc., a heavy highway construction company specializing in bridge and concrete structure construction. Encouraged by her grandparents, Brittany began working in the field as a rotomill groundsperson the summer after graduating high school.

After college, she transitioned to project management, overseeing construction projects ranging from a few hundred thousand to nearly $3 million in value. She also contributed to larger projects for the FM Diversion Authority and the US Army Corps of Engineers.

In 2017, Brittany became Director of Finance and Administration, leading the accounting, contracts, HR, payroll and IT departments. Her leadership was instrumental in digitizing critical processes, greatly enhancing the firm’s efficiency.

Outside of work, Brittany enjoys being involved in pet rescue and spending time with her family.
