As the leader of the assurance department for the Idaho offices, Bobby enjoys building a world class team that exceeds clients’ expectations with each interaction. It is one of his great joys to play a role in the lives of our staff from recruiting, to onboarding, then equipping, training and advancing professionals throughout their career at Eide Bailly.

Bobby is in the business of solving business problems. When working with clients, he promises to bring a listening ear to identify the issues they encounter and together find solutions. With 25 years of experience in public accounting, Bobby brings strong technical ability and organizational experiences to help clients overcome their business challenges in a variety of industries.

In his free time, Bobby enjoys the great Idaho outdoors with his wife and three boys. You may often witness him and his boys skiing, boating, backpacking or just cruising around the neighborhood on bikes. Along with bettering himself personally, Bobby has a passion for constant renewal. This improvement process is applied to many facets of his life including historic houses, vintage vehicles and the "gentle art" of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. There is nothing like going to train after a tough day and getting to take your stress out on the mat! Every day is an opportunity to learn, grow and improve.
