Business advisory and accounting firm Eide Bailly has added two new directors to its business development team, Mary Lou Lamberton and Jim Borchers, in its continued efforts to reach more businesses and organizations with its services and expertise. Lamberton is joining the firm’s Minneapolis office and Borchers will be based in Boise, Idaho.
Mary Lou Lamberton
Lamberton comes to the firm with substantial sales experience in commercial banking, benefit administration, trusts and hospitality experience. Lamberton most recently worked at Wells Fargo in Minneapolis as a vice president of commercial banking. With her extensive connections in the business community in Minnesota and contagious enthusiasm for growth, she is a great fit to help clients in the state.
Jim Borchers
Borchers brings a strong blend of sales (Xerox - Complex Solutions), marketing and MARCOM (Blue Cross Blue Shield), BOS/operations and technology consulting (HP) experience to the firm. Most recently, Borchers was the president of The Strategy Group, a business consulting firm in Boise. He is a Six Sigma Quality Green Belt, a Project Management Professional (PMP) and an Accredited Public Relations Professional (APR). He has deep connections throughout the Northwest and surrounding states and looks forward to developing more in this new role.
