FARGO, N.D. — On May 1, 26 staff members were accepted into the partnership of Eide Bailly LLP, a regional certified public accounting and business advisory firm.

The partners are:
Cameron Zent, Aberdeen. Cameron provides audit and accounting services to numerous industries, including nonprofit organizations, governments, grain cooperatives, construction and financial institutions. Cameron brings his multi-industry experience into each client relationship to help businesses and organizations think outside the box and provide value beyond the engagement at hand.
Dennen Gamradt, Billings. Dennen provides tax services for banks, farm/ranches, construction companies and other small businesses. He also provides tax consulting and tax planning services for a wide variety of clients.
Edie Hanson, Billings. Edie develops trusting relationships with clients and provides assurance services in a variety of industries. She is currently wrapping up her service as a rotational member of the firm’s National Assurance Office, where she is providing quality control, firmwide training, and technical support to Eide Bailly’s assurance practice.
Laura Hartwig, Boise. Laura is a self-motivated and technically skilled advisor with a versatile background in tax planning and compliance. She offers tax compliance, tax consulting and business advisory services to a variety of clients, including closely held businesses, consolidated corporations, multi-state companies and high net worth individuals. She also works with several industries, including manufacturing, real estate and retail.
Amy Lai, Denver. Amy assists clients with business and individual tax compliance while providing timely transactional planning and consulting. She serves clients with their tax needs across a wide variety of industries, including construction and real estate, franchise restaurants and professional services.
Dave Studebaker, Denver. Dave manages and supervises audit and accounting services provided to nonprofits and healthcare providers, including organizations with total revenues and total assets ranging from less than $1 million to more than $100 million. Dave recently completed a two-year rotation as a member of the firm’s National Assurance Office, providing quality control and technical support to audit teams and working on projects to shape strategic changes within Eide Bailly's assurance practice.
Paul Kane, Denver. Paul provides audit and other assurance services. He works directly with clients and our staff to ensure that client needs are exceeded and goals are met. Paul also ensures that work is done efficiently and delivered as promised. He enjoys learning as much as he can about the industries that he serves so he can be sure to understand the key issues that affect his clients.
Blake Ellefson, Fargo. Blake provides audit and compliance services to a wide base of insurance clients as well as delivers auditing, accounting and advisory services to nonprofit organizations. He supports Eide Bailly's commitment to staff development by providing continuing education opportunities and serving as an instructor for industry trainings.
Chantal Stennerson, Fargo. Chantal works with clients on meeting their compliance needs in the Wealth Transition Services area. She enjoys being able to grow and mentor staff across the firm. Chantal provides thorough analysis of clients’ tax situations along with recommendations and suggestions to help them meet their estate tax goals.
David Rygh, Fargo. David helps clients manage their business cash flows in the most tax-efficient way. He works with clients to assist them in understanding how their accounting systems can help them make good business decisions.
Scott Haberman, Fort Collins. Scott partners with closely held companies in healthcare, real estate, manufacturing and professional services, helping them navigate the operational and tax implications of their business goals. He has also worked with a number of Fortune 100 companies and has a firm grasp on tax strategies appropriate for many business structures.
Dan Martin, Las Vegas. Dan builds personal relationships with clients, so they feel a level of trust and comfort. That relationship is the foundation of his ability to help them through audits or other complex issues. He provides audit, accounting and consulting services to a variety of industries, including gaming and entertainment, car dealerships, trusts and employee benefit plans.
Brooke Forstner, Mankato. Since 2005, Brooke has been providing tax planning, consulting and compliance services. She works with businesses and business owners in a variety of industries, including construction, service, healthcare and agriculture.
Jamie Fay, Mankato. Jamie has dedicated her career to the government industry, leading audit engagements and providing real-time information for governmental entities. She has experience providing Uniform Guidance audit services to cities, counties, schools and tribal entities.
John Nelson, Minneapolis. John works with clients to manage an ever-increasingly complex tax environment. Whether that means handling tax return preparation or providing assistance of strategic importance, John eases the burden associated with understanding and dealing with complex tax issues.
Julie Jeffrey, Phoenix. Julie has experience in a variety of areas, including estates, gifts, trusts, individuals, corporations, partnerships and sole proprietorships. She focuses on helping business owners develop their estate plans to best integrate their business ownership with their family wealth plan.
Bobby Patel, Rancho Cucamonga. Bobby provides assurance services to local education agencies (K-12 school districts, county offices of education and charter schools) and nonprofits. He has in-depth knowledge of the federal and state compliance requirements associated with local education agencies receiving federal and state funding. In addition to financial and compliance audits, Bobby also performs agreed-upon procedure engagements for Proposition 39 and Proposition 51 bonds.
Brad Rockabrand, Rancho Cucamonga. Brad consults with government agencies and brings with him a wealth of knowledge in internal auditing, policy review and the implementation of effective internal controls. His professional expertise lies in the understanding and application of municipal finance and related policy issues, where he assists his clients with financial modeling, budgeting and audit compliance.
Tiffany Williamson, Reno. Tiffany has over 15 years of experience providing audit services to clients in the gaming, higher education, governmental, hospitality and manufacturing industries. She works closely with clients throughout the year to help them find solutions to accounting questions and ensure a smooth audit process.
James Ramsey, Sacramento. James works with governmental and nonprofit agencies throughout California providing accounting, assurance and advisory services. He has worked both on the client side and the assurance side and is able to provide a unique perspective to his clients. His expertise includes audits of governmental agencies, nonprofits and large Single Audits. James is also a presenter for his clients, presenting on topics including reporting, Single Audit and updates to U.S. GAAP.
Kristin Cornell, Salt Lake City. Kristin provides audit and other assurance services to a variety of clients, primarily in the commercial, dealership, nonprofit and employee benefit plan spaces. Kristin is currently serving as a rotational member of the firm’s National Assurance Office, providing quality control and technical support to audit teams and working on projects to shape strategic initiatives within Eide Bailly's assurance practice.
Craig Nyhus, Sioux Falls. Craig provides tax consulting and compliance services to both individual and business clients. He works with businesses in a variety of industries, including real estate, hospitality and mining.
Elliot Hitt, Sioux Falls. Elliot serves clients in industries including hospitality, retail and family-owned businesses. He provides tax knowledge to S corporations, partnerships and individuals. He also assists business and individual clients in tax planning and return preparation throughout the year and conducts tax research projects as well as communicates current tax developments to clients and staff.
Melissa Webb, Spokane. Melissa provides tax consulting and compliance services for privately held entities in the healthcare, real estate development and hospitality industries. She also works with individuals on tax strategy and planning as well as helps implement federal and state tax planning strategies, retirement planning and accounting solutions to make businesses more efficient.
Jason Oelrich, Tulsa. Jason specializes in federal and state tax credit consulting and has worked with clients on a range of projects across the country that have generated more than $100 million of tax credits. He helps clients maximize their success through the use of strategic tax planning and the optimal utilization of tax credits in a variety of industries, including renewable energy, real estate, manufacturing, construction, automobile dealerships and Opportunity Zone businesses. He also assists buyers and sellers with the tax planning considerations of mergers and acquisitions.
Scott Zeligson, Tulsa. Scott helps clients navigate complex tax laws and find solutions to other business issues that they might have. He serves clients across a wide variety of industries with their tax needs, and he also provides consulting and compliance services to the auto dealership and RV dealership industries.
