    Anne joined Eide Bailly in 2008 and has specialized in serving clients in the private foundation, charity, voluntary employees' beneficiary association, and other nonprofit sectors. She provides consulting and compliance services for a wide range of tax issues. She guides organizations through the many state and IRS regulations that nonprofit organizations face in obtaining and maintaining their tax-exempt status. When you work with Anne, you can expect her to listen and to collaborate with you on the many compliance and IRS reporting requirements that impact your tax-exempt organization.

    Carrie delivers tax services for healthcare, electric cooperatives, and general nonprofit organizations. She joined Eide Bailly in 2006 and has grown her passion to work with nonprofits. She assists with annual Form 990 filings as well as healthcare and electric cooperative tax consulting. When you work with Carrie, you can expect her to take the time to listen to the issues and concerns at hand and develop a plan that will work best for the client. With 21 years of military experience, she has strong organizational and communication skills that keep each client on track to meet their own goals.

In addition, Reggie provides financial statement auditing and compliance testing, including Single Audits required by Uniform Guidance. Reggie works to help organizations understand the impact of accounting changes within their organization and industry.

    Deb McDaniel
    Director of Charitable Gaming
    Deb McDaniel has been the North Dakota gaming director for the past nine years and has worked for the Gaming Division under the Office of Attorney General for 28 years. McDaniel is a graduate of the University of Nevada, Reno, and prior to moving to North Dakota, she worked in the gaming industry in Reno, Nevada. She oversees 18 employees who regulate the charitable gaming organizations, distributors, and manufacturers. The Division conducts audits, testifies to legislative committees, helps draft administrative rules, investigates theft, noncompliance, and illegal gaming activities. The Division assists cities and counties with gaming compliance and issues. They also assist approximately 350 + organizations in completing and submitting quarterly tax returns.
