Inefficient processes and procedures prohibited the management of a facility from receiving timely, accurate financial and operational data to manage their day-to-day operations effectively and profitably. In addition, tracking and reporting software were severely under-utilized, incorrectly set up, and continually circumvented.

Solution
Eide Bailly reviewed, documented and charted the current operating procedures of the client's receiving, shipping, purchasing, order entry and production processes.
